MISSION
Limitless Cycling is an adaptive outdoor program dedicated to enhancing the mental and physical well-being of our community. We empower individuals of all abilities to experience the outdoors by providing piloted adaptive bicycle and Action Trackchair® rides. Through community engagement and volunteerism, we promote inclusion, connection, and improved well-being for seniors, veterans, and those facing mobility challenges.
This truly is a labor of love for us and we love what we do!
Supporting and honoring our senior community is the cornerstone of our vision. In addition, we also strive to serve the needs of our veteran and those who cannot enjoy the outdoors independently young and old alike. This mobile model that brings adaptive bicycles and Action Trackchair® to various senior living facilities, community centers, youth clubs, and trails in, and around, the St. Croix River Valley as a non-profit program funded solely by grants and donations that is ran by, and with, volunteers of the surrounding area.
Limitless Cycling Focuses On:
• Relationships: We strive to create multi-generational relationships between volunteer riders, passengers, support staff, and family members. Relationships build happiness, quality of life, and strengthen connections.
• Inclusivity: Our focus is on what can be done at any age or with a given disability to bring about positivity, build self-esteem, and joy.
• Outdoors: The benefits of spending time outside are numerous and we want our riders to experience these to the fullest. Limitless Cycling recognizes those fighting social isolation and those with the inability to be active outdoors by accepting the challenge to not only bring the outdoors to them but to honor them at the same time.
• Volunteerism: At the core of our operating model is the generosity of a dedicated group of individuals who love helping others through the joys of cycling. Together we build community pride and with it, equity for all.

Each Van Raam bike costs approximately $15,000
Each Action Trackchair costs approximately $20,000
There are no paid positions in Limitless Cycling - This is 100% volunteer based.
Our funding comes from grants, donations, crowdsourcing, and the generosity of our community.
River Valley Trails, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit EIN 46-0484130, has been enhancing community livability for over 20 years by fostering inclusivity and outdoor movement. In partnership with local groups, we develop interconnected trails across the St. Croix River Valley while promoting education and connectivity in cycling. Through Limitless Cycling, we create opportunities for people of all abilities to experience the freedom and joy of the outdoors.
